Giant Defy 3.5 Road Bike in Honiton, Devon for sale

Giant Defy 3.5 For sale is my wife’s Giant Defy 3.5, we bought this as my wife’s first road bike and she has since caught the bug for road cycling. This bike is an amazing first road bike for someone wishing to get into sportives. -The bike is a medium/large frame, 52cm from the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. I am 5'7" or 170cm and she is a great fit for the bike. -The forks are carbon. -The bars are 40cm wide a have recently been wrapped in new cork handlebar tape by myself, they are well padded and look new. -The saddle is female specific Selle Italia Ldy saddle for extra comfort that will be sold with the bike. -The bike is better than the original spec, it has a full Shimano Sora Groupset (with exception to the FSA Crankarms) and is all in good working order. -The crankset is a Compact 50/34 and the crankarms are 172.5mm, this really gets some speed going when matched with the 12/25 rear 9 speed cassette. The bike is well matched for hill climbs and a good top speed. It has recently had a new KMC chain and Shimano rear cassette which set me back over £35, these have covered no more than 200 miles since fitting. -The wheels are upgrades from the originals we bought with the bike. They are Team 25 wheels that are no less than 6 weeks old and cost £200, these wheels have covered less than 100miles. The tyres are Vittoria Zaffiro Slick tyres that still have plenty of life on them. The rear quick release in the pictures is for the turbo trainer and will not be included in the sale. The bike weighs approx, 9.5kg. As you can imagine the bike is a few years old, it’s not new and has a few rusty bolts. It has been ridden so has paint chips and marks on the paintwork, but this is not detrimental. The bottle cages are included in the sale and the pedals can possibly be included in the sale. I am looking for £275 ovno. You will not be disappointed by this trusty road bike.
