BETA ZERO 1992 TRIALS BIKE ROAD REGISTERED in Honiton, Devon for sale

Hi there, I would like to sell my 239cc Beta Zero trials bike. I bought it in February, thinking my bike-mad girlfriend would enjoy riding it, which she probably would have done. Sadly, she didn’t stay around long enough to find out. I haven’t even started the bike, let alone ridden it, but my son did, and said it was really easy to start – second kick once he had turned the fuel on. He then had a brief run around on it and reported that it went really well, but he said there was a fuel leak from the fuel pipe or carb – possibly the float? Nothing has been done to it since then, but we can assure you the bike is a good runner. We may get a better look at it while the auction is running. It is road registered in my name, which must be a useful selling point, but note that there is no number plate. No lights or speedo either, but I’m told they may not be required for an MOT, so it should be simple enough to put it on the road if that is what you need to do. The bike is in extremely good nick for its age, with excellent Michelin tyres (the front is almost new, with moulding marks still evident on tread blocks) and only the normal wear and tear you would expect on a trials bike. It is fitted with braided stainless brake hoses. The bike comes with a manual and parts list for a Techno, which I am told is very similar. The photographs should tell the whole story, and all were taken 25/7/14. You can tell that if somebody were willing to go over it with a polish and rag, it would come up much better!
